Refund Policy

Inbound tour

-Within 24 hours of booking an event the booking money is refundable but that must be informed at least 15 days prior to that trip.

-If anyone wants to cancel within the next 48 hours of booking, then 50% of the total money is refundable. but in that case it must be informed at least 15 days prior to the trip.

-No show period will be started 14 days prior to any event and during that time, booking, cancel, adjusting or refunding is not possible.

-The booking amount can be adjusted in any different event than the pre-booked trip 16 days prior to the event.

-Full refunding will be provided if the tour is cancelled officially. But if the cancellation is due to any natural disaster or political reasons, then the refund may not be provided or partially provided. It will solely depend on the supplier refund policy.

-After an official cancellation of a tour, everyone will be notified about the possible dates of a refund from the office. Minimum 15 days might be required for the refund.

-Everyone will have to fulfill a KYC form prior to the Refund Procedure. The possible dates of refund will be provided after the form submission.

-Refund will always be provided through bank payment. If you wish to receive through bKash, the bKash charge will not be provided.

International Tour:

-Within 24 hours of booking an event the booking money is refundable but that must be informed at least 60 days prior to that trip.

-If anyone wants to cancel within the next 48 hours of booking or before 60 days of the trip, then 50% of the total money is refundable. You can also use the whole amount by adjusting it with any other tour event.

-No show period will be started 60 days prior to any event and during that time, booking, cancel, adjusting or refunding is not possible.

-If a tour is cancelled officially, everyone will get the refund. But in that case, only the cancellation charge if air fare cannot be refunded. Moreover, in some cases, the full refund of the remaining amount might also not be refunded depending on the situation. But the client will definitely be notified beforehand in that case.

-After cancellation the possible dates of the refund will be informed by the office. Minimum 120 days can be required for the refund.

-The refund money of the airfare will totally depend on the amount that is remaining after the cancellation charge of the Airlines according to their policy. but we will provide the refund depending on the refunding time of the Airlines.

-the refund will be provided through Bank payment. if anyone wishes to take the refund through mobile banking, no transaction charge will be provided from Fly Far ladies.

-anyone who is eligible for receiving the refund will be provided with a KYC form prior to procedure. after the submission of that form, possible dates of the refund will be informed by the office.
